Christopher W. Belk

Born and raised in the South, Christopher Belk has always had a dream to open a unique BBQ restaurant. Traveling across the country working with restaurants in his previous job has led Belk to create a new concept, Saucehouse BBQ. Saucehouse offers a fast casual experience where the customer can customize their order while walking down a serving line. Being able to try multiple types of BBQ and sauces reflecting different preferences popular across the country is what makes us unique. As stated, “we want this to be a fun concept for our guests where they can try different types of sauces and styles of BBQ each time they visit us.” A long time Bulldawg and University of Georgia graduate, Belk couldn’t be happier than to open this unique experience in his favorite town Athens, GA.

Charlie Nix

Our small town Alabama boy and University of Alabama graduate has recently returned from a two and a half year stint in New Zealand.. His hospitality career spans more than a decade as a chef, waiter, and bartender including his overseas travels. Charlie brings a little bit of world culture with country charm to Saucehouse. He loves golf and Alabama football and is quoted as saying “ROLL TIDE.” Please be nice to him, GO DAWGS!

Burton Windsor

The man, the myth, the legend… The multitalented Burton Windsor has helped shape Saucehouse with his decade of BBQ experience in Nevada and Georgia.  Burton is currently our Director of Operations for both Saucehouse and Elegantly Southern Catering.  His task is to ensure that your next cater runs smooth and seamless!
