Walking past the corner of West Broad and North Church streets, a passerby will find heaps of power tools, nails, planks and the aroma of freshly cut wood lying inside a building nearing completion. Also inside this building is a restaurant with an identity, purpose and foundation that has been steadily crafted for years.
“We’re creating our culture now. It’s about having a fun atmosphere of people working together, offering great food, great service at a great price in a fast-casual setting,” said Christopher Belk, owner of the restaurant, Saucehouse Barbeque.
